Joshua Ezrin has practiced law in San Francisco for over twenty years as a committed advocate for those in need. Mr. Ezrin focuses primarily on tenants that have suffered personal injury and economic loss at the hands of exploitative landlords. His clients include victims of wrongful eviction, landlord harassment, intimidation and severe habitability defects.
Mr. Ezrin is a frequent speaker for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and a regular contributor to Plaintiff Magazine. His pro-bono work includes assisting individuals facing eviction as part of San Francisco’s Housing Negotiation Project. Mr. Ezrin volunteers regularly in the area of eviction defense and has been recognized as an Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service by the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Mr. Ezrin began his practice at the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office in Oakland, where he gained invaluable litigation experience representing indigent individuals facing criminal prosecution. Thereafter, Mr. Ezrin became a litigator at nationally recognized Plaintiffs’ law firms in San Francisco, where he focused his practice on employment, personal injury, mass-tort and class action litigation.
